In stategic move, Judy and I began discussing the future of the tile industry as it related to Rochester and Upstate NY. What we soon came to agree upon, was that there were too many tile stores attempting to compete for the same customer. Tile Wholesalers, my company, was quickly adding more specialty and higher end products. The Tile Room, Judy’s company, was at the same time competing for more contractor business, while maintaing the exclusive, upper end feel that was The Tile Room. It made sense from that standpoint to combine our efforts, merge our strengths and work together to give our clients the best the tile industry has to offer. From that was born The Tile Room Collection, available exclusively at Tile Wholesalers! Sonoma Tilemakers, Pratt & Larson, Motawi Tileworks, Syzygy Tile, Delos Mosaics and many more are now available at Tile Wholesalers of Rochester. Judy’s expertise in managing these product lines and her unique design experience will be invaluable assets to our existing and the many new customers in the future!
